Strategy[]
His unique ability to lifesteal as well as his overall high damage make Billy one of the top tier single-target damage dealers in the game, his raw damage potential only being surpassed by Max. He has greater survivability and is thus less reliant on healers/supporters than other attackers, albeit still benefits from them. Because his lifesteal is proportional to the damage dealt, he benefits greatly from the Crit damage upgrade in the Gym, as well as any upgrades that improve his damage or criticals. Like most attackers, he synergizes well with healers and supporters that cause his special ability to proc more often. He can be countered by characters that prevent him from using his special ability, like Han or Raven.
